Midlands County Council Surveys
We were approached by a large Midlands based County Council with an initial enquiry for services surveys with a lead in time of under two weeks. We were able to provide service tracing onto supplied topographic survey within the allotted time scale, including restructuring our coding and cad layers for the required BS1192 specification.
However the first scheme also required a topographic survey, including internal areas, drainage and underground services. Leica robotic and reflectorless total station enabled a single man team to complete the whole topographic survey and internal plans to an accurate control traverse within one day. The services and drainage were then completed the following day with a two man survey team, to provide a competent and safe work policy for services surveys.

University Topographic & Underground Services
A regular Client, a large West Midlands based Civil Engineering Company, required a survey of underground services for two separate areas within Birmingham University ready for new build and building extension work.
No topographic surveys were available of the areas and the information was required within one week. We were also unaware of the exact requirements of the Client until initial meeting and site induction on day of surveying.
